GENERAL HOTEL POLICY
All guests staying at or visiting Hotel Odesos must read the General Hotel Rules:
FOOD AND DRINKS
No food or drink brought into the hotel (outside purchases) may be consumed on our restaurant premises without the express written consent of the hotel.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE POLICY
Check-in time is guaranteed from 14:00 (unless guaranteed in advance by the hotel); check-outs must be made by 12:00 (noon). The rooms are held until 4 (four) hours after the hotel check-in time on the day of arrival. For guests leaving after 2pm, the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional night, quoted according to the best available rate at the time of check-out.
SMOKING POLICY
In accordance with changes in Bulgarian legislation, Hotel Odesos maintains a NO SMOKING policy in all internal areas of the hotel, including: guest rooms, public areas and corridors. For local guests who do not comply with our NO SMOKING policy, a fee of BGN 200 will be added to their bill to facilitate the cost of cleaning all soft furnishings to remove the tobacco smell. Designated smoking areas within the hotel outdoor area – please inquire upon check-in.

DRESS CODE AND BEHAVIOUR
The dress code in all public areas of the hotel is elegant. Guests can only wear swimwear in the hotel pool. When visiting other public places, they must be fully clothed and in accordance with our dress policy.
The hotel reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or guest behaviour, who must take all steps for remedial action as requested by the hotel.
In the event of failure to comply with management’s requests, the hotel may terminate the reservation or suspend any event immediately without liability for refund or compensation. It is the hotel’s policy not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, creed, sex, marital status, age, ethnic origin or disability.
Guests, employees and all subcontractors are expected to adhere to this policy and the Hotel may, without liability to the Guest, remove from the Hotel any person or persons who violate this policy.
SECURITY
Hotel Odessos is equipped with a video surveillance system.
POWER/ELECTRICAL FAILURE
In the event of a power outage, please remain calm. The hotel has its own generator.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE
Hotel Odesos has 24-hour medical services.

FIRE SAFETY
Hotel Odesos is a newly built hotel with materials and furnishings of the latest generation that provide reliable protection and security. As we are very responsible for the safety of our tourists and staff, we have taken extremely serious precautions to prevent possible fires. All guests have less than 35m to reach a place of safety, which is an open or protected staircase. Appropriate size fire extinguishers are available in an easily accessible location every 25 metres. All staircases are separated from the rest of the hotel with materials with at least 60 minutes fire resistance. It is important that all employees are already familiar with the Fire Safety Policy and act in accordance with its content. Training is provided to all employees on the application of this policy and thereafter during induction training for new hires.
If the alarm goes off, please immediately follow the fire escape route that each of our guests should remember after entering their room. Fire exit locations are clearly marked on the floor plan on the back of each room door.
PETS
Pets are not accepted, with the exception of guide dogs.
PARKING
The hotel has its own parking, which is free for hotel guests and subject to parking space availability. The hotel assumes no responsibility for damage to, or theft from, or theft of vehicles parked on the hotel grounds.
COMPLAINTS AND LIABILITY
Any comment or complaint regarding the stay should be made to the Reception or Duty Manager of the hotel during the visit so that the matter can be resolved immediately. Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by the hotel’s negligence, the hotel’s liability to the guest is limited to the price of the reservation. Unless the Hotel is liable under the above clause, the guest indemnifies the Hotel from and against all liability and any claims, proceedings or damages arising out of the guest, booking, event or function. The Hotel shall not be liable for any failure to perform in the event that said failure is caused by any factor beyond its reasonable control. The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for the cost of repairing damage caused by guests’ wilful, negligent or reckless act, omission, default or neglect to hotel property or structure. If this damage becomes apparent after the guest’s departure, the hotel reserves the right to
charge the guest’s credit card or send an invoice for the amount necessary to repair or remedy such damage to the registered address. The hotel will make every effort to minimize any costs that the guest would incur. The hotel is subject to statutory inspections, including those relating to fire, licensing, entertainment, health, hygiene and safety. All terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with Bulgarian law and the hotel and the guest submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE
The Hotel does not assume any responsibility for services provided by third parties to guests, regardless that such services may be organized by the Hotel. Any request, demand, charge, claim or damages that may be incurred by the guests (or any person claiming the same) shall be made directly to these third parties and the hotel will provide all reasonable assistance in this regard.

Please allow extra travel time during rush hour, inclement weather and special events. For specific information, contact your representative. DOCTOR
If you need medical attention, we have 24-hour medical services. From 08.00 to 20.00 there is a doctor in the medical office, which is located in the hotel, at the end of the spa area. INTERNET
The entire building is equipped with wireless network technology. Internet up to 5 Mbit is free. If you need an internet connection up to 10 Mbit, you will be charged at reception.
WASHING AND IRONING
Please leave your laundry in the laundry bag you will find in the closet. It is mandatory to fill out the “Wash and Iron” form correctly and place it in the laundry bag. All prices are indicated on the washing and ironing form. Please read the form carefully and fill it correctly. When the maid enters your room for daily cleaning, she will collect your laundry and return it to you the next day before 12.00.
You will be charged at the front desk prior to departure. Please note that laundry left without a completed form will not be picked up by your maid. Dial 9 or 600 for more information.
LOST AND FOUND
For lost items in the hotel area, please dial 9 or 600 to check. If you have forgotten items in your room, please call reception to check within one month after check-out or write to e-mail: reservations@odessos-hotels.com.
