All the bars and the restaurant offer a wide range of drinks to keep the good mood and tone of the guests. The drinks in the program are produced in Bulgaria, and the imported ones are available for a fee.

General Terms

  • Check-in after 14:00; check-out until 12:00.
  • It is mandatory to wear the all-inclusive bracelet during your entire stay. Not obligatory for babies up to 1.99 years.
  • No alcohol is served to persons under 18 years of age. The all-inclusive bracelet is an age identifier.
  • Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms, as well as in all indoor public places.
  • The hotel is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
  • The complex does not accept pets.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible parent / adult on the territory of the complex at all times (including outdoors and indoors).
  • In case of a lost key card for a room or a beach towel card, you will be charged a fee of BGN 20 for a key card and BGN 20 for a beach towel card.
  • For security reasons, video surveillance cameras are installed in all public areas.
  • The hotel management reserves the right to make changes in all opening hours, as well as in the facilities’ use regulations according to the hotel occupancy and the weather conditions.
